Faintly
Sunday, 2:30PM - 3:30PM | Music by FAINTLY | Lion's Point Tent
New to Audubon Days this year is Faintly, a band based in Mayville. Together for less than a year, the rock trio’s catchy melodies and meaningful lyrics will leave you wanting more.
Ian Ketterer, lead vocalist and keyboardist, has been in other bands prior to forming Faintly. He played in his family's cover band called Rapunzel. He has been writing his own music for the past few years and while looking to form a band with the right people, he came across Justin Regner.
Justin, the former bassist of Less Than 4, is now playing bass, acoustic guitar and singing backup vocals with Ian Ketterer. Justin has been hard at work with Ian ever since, writing and creating melodic and thoughtful music.
The pair searched for about six months knowing they needed a drummer and Ian Leigl stepped into the picture. In a late August of 2007 during an audition Ian Leigl showed how fast he could pick up on the groups original music. Ian Leigl was just the guy they were looking for.
Faintly is now working hard getting ready for their first show with a drummer. They are excited to be playing at Audubon Days this year and hope to see everyone there.
